What you give us on the form

When you request an audit we collect your business name, website, city, main service and email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your answer to whether you want help fixing what we find. That is the whole form. There is no free text box and we do not ask you for anything else.

We use these to run the audit and send you the report. The city and service are used to build the questions we ask the assistants.

What is collected automatically

With your submission we store the page you submitted from, the referring page, your browser user agent, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address. The hash is used to limit abusive submission volume. We do not store your IP address itself and the hash cannot be reversed back into it.

Analytics and session recording

This site loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn loads Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These set cookies and collect usage data including pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser details, and referral source.

Microsoft Clarity additionally records session replays. That means your mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and typing into non-password fields on this site may be recorded and played back by us to understand how the page is used. Clarity masks form input by default, but you should know the recording happens.

Google and Microsoft process this data under their own terms and hold it on their own systems. If you would rather not be recorded, browser tracking protection or an ad blocker will generally prevent both from loading.

Where your details go

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated by us. A copy of the business and contact details is also sent to GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system we use to manage requests and send the report. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone beyond those processors.

If another practice would suit your goals better, we say so and offer an introduction. That introduction is a conversation. Your submission is not forwarded to anyone outside the processors named above.

How long it is kept, and removal

Requests are kept while they are useful for delivering the report and any follow-up conversation. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by replying to any email from us, and we will remove it from both the database and the CRM.
